Stephen is a survey project manager skilled in all phases of surveying operations, with 46 years of practical experience ranging from boundary and transportation surveys to personnel management.

His experience as a PLS is further highlighted by the fact that for 10 years he owned and operated a successful land surveying business. While self‐employed and during his recent employment, he has managed dozens of projects simultaneously.

Stephen’s experience as a small business owner, combined with his abilities as a surveyor allowed him to consistently finish projects under budget and ahead of schedule. He maintains professional licensure in PA.
