Scott has been with Susquehanna Civil for 20 years in various positions. In January of 2019, Mr. Ramsay became an Associate and was promoted to Director of Engineering Technology. 

Mr. Ramsay has 33 years of experience as a CAD designer using MicroStation and InRoads as well as coordination and preparation of DTM Models and 3-D Graphics, ROW plans, Final construction plans, and cross-sections, plan presentation control, ground survey data processing, information technology, and communications implementation and administration, and CAD Department Management.
