Lea’s new title is Founder and Ken will serve as an as-needed Executive Advisor to the firm.

Mr. Kocher is now serving as a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Rupp took on the role of Transportation Group Manager, and Mr. Wintermyer stepped into his new role of Right-of-Way and Utility Group Manager as his department expands.
