Susquehanna Civil is pleased to announce that Donald Baker has joined the SCI team as a Senior Designer in our Right-of-Way and Utilities Group. Mr. Baker is an alum of Millersville University and has 21 years of experience in the transportation industry that includes highway design, bridge detail, permits, hydrology analysis, erosion and sediment pollution control plans, highway design, traffic control plans and right-of-way drawing review.
SCI extends a warm welcome to our new Senior Structural Engineer, Rebecca Mulfinger, P.E. Ms. Mulfinger is a Penn State alum and has 17 years of experience in the industry working on a variety of bridge projects.
SCI welcomes Bailey Bzdak to our Environmental Group as an Environmental Technician. Ms. Bzdak joins us as a recent graduate of Shippensburg University.

Rosanna Smithnosky, PE now holds the title of President, John Yacapsin, PE,CBI has moved to the position of Executive Vice President, Jeremiah Greenland, PG has taken on the role of Vice President of Operations, Crystalann Deardorff, PE, CBI has moved to the role of Vice President of Business Development—a brand new position in our company—Marc Pinto maintains his role of Vice President of Administration. Lea’s new title is Founder and Ken will serve as an as-needed Executive Advisor to the firm.

SCI is proud to announce that Robert Kocher, PE; Keith Rupp, PE; and Ryan Wintermyer have all accepted promotions this month. Mr. Kocher is now serving as a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Rupp took on the role of Transportation Group Manager, and Mr. Wintermyer stepped into his new role of Right-of-Way and Utility Group Manager as his department expands.

SCI welcomes Derek Miller, P.E., CBI to our Structures Group as Bridge Group Inspection Manager. Mr. Miller has over 22 years of experience with the policies, procedures, and rating methods with respect to bridge inspection and analysis.
