At the end of 2019, our Founder and President Lea Nadler, PE retired along with our Executive Vice President, Ken Nadler, PE. Their retirements left roles to fill and our Leadership has changed in the following ways:

Rosanna Smithnosky, PE now holds the title of President, John Yacapsin, PE,CBI has moved to the position of Executive Vice President, Jeremiah Greenland, PG has taken on the role of Vice President of Operations, Crystalann Deardorff, PE, CBI has moved to the role of Vice President of Business Development—a brand new position in our company—Marc Pinto maintains his role of Vice President of Administration. Lea’s new title is Founder and Ken will serve as an as-needed Executive Advisor to the firm.
