SCI is pleased to welcome Maria McDonald to the firm as Administrative Assistant in the Administration group.  She brings over 30 years of progressive experience in a variety of administrative support positions, most recently as Assistance Zoning Officer for West Hempfield Township in Lancaster County.  Maria holds an Associates Degree in Administrative Business from Skadron College, San Bernardino, CA.

SCI is pleased to welcome Kerry Utsick to our team.  Kerry has joined our Right-of-Way and Utility Group as a Right-of-Way Designer. He comes to us with nearly 30 years of experience with stops at Gannett Fleming, GTS Technologies and AWK.  Kerry has worked in all aspects of the roadway design process and specializes in Right-of-Way plan preparation. He has a BS degree in Communications from California University of Pennsylvania.
